If an activity is not in OPASSE, refer to the activity page it most resembles. If no activity page resembles the activity consult with the appropriate school board official before offering the activity.

This sample checklist will help identify the safety considerations needed to seek approval for the activity (e.g., the age/stage of development, the facility being used).
